i was just wondering...if i put lots of plaits in my hair will they dread easily,and will it take longer?. i was goin to go natural but i have pretty long hair which i need to tie up alot so i thought if i get plaits then at least its sorta up and then i can just tie the plaits up but dont wanna start it if itll take longer.?
cant say for sure if it will take longer or not but it will work..you'll end up with thinner dreads most likely if ya wear a wool tam alot it should help things along something u might wanna confcider though is a methid simular to plaits (braids) but slightly different with braiding you take 3 distinct sections and cris cross them in a set pattern...each time taking the same sections over and over howerver, if each time you resection randoimly and criss cross randomly itrs more like dreading less like braiding sorta a combo of the 2 and the randomness if it will result in dreads faster i dunno if i explained it clearly but if u got questions pm, me
thanks also red up palm rolling the plats/braids will help it along too haha but dont wanna do that to much an weaken my hair
