Ibuprofen in large doses can certainly screw up the stomach lining. Never heard of apap doing it (anyone?). Lay off the ibu & don't take aspirin.
If you're hurling blood go to the er.

APAP is nasty shit. It doesn't surprise me at all that you're reacting this way. If you're not going to tell your doctor the truth about why you think it's happening, then be sure to ask to have your liver examined as well, as APAP damages the liver the most.

Vomiting blood, especially BLACK blood (which means it originated deep within the body and is therefore internal) is always an emergency. Always. There is never a non-dangerous reason to be vomiting blood. Black blood could be anything from internal hemmoraging to AIDS to cancer, so I hope it's just your body reacting violently to something it's learned to reject.

Don't fuck around with symptoms like that man, use your head. Something is NOT ok.

Dude, you absolutely have a bleeding ulcer. you need to go to the ER asap. Seriously man, fuck insurance. Hospital bills don't mess with your credit and you don't have to pay them right away, and if you don't get this treated you will either have stomach/digestive problems all your life, or you will die. Go to the ER, or go to a free clinic.

Seems odd that Tylenol could cause stomach problems, but Ibuprofen, Advil, Aleve, Mobic, Aspirin, Ketoprofin, and all other NSAIDS including Celebrex and Vioxx are known for causing stomach bleeding, which can be fatal. These drugs are far from safe and are also notorious for causing kidney problems, whereas APAP (Tylenol) is toxic to the liver in high doses.

I gave myself gastritis by taking too much Ibu a few years back and it sucked. You may have an ulcer (which is caused by a bacteria called H. Pylori) that is made worse by taking certain meds and foods, or the meds may have just caused acute stomach bleeding on their own. In either case, black vomit that looks like coffee grounds signals a medical emergency. Thousands of people die yearly from stomach bleeding, heart troubles, and liver problems caused by OTC pain meds, so stop using them and see a doctor/emergency room if this happens again.
