i go to my church every morning when i step outside.. i thank the omnipotent one for the blessings it has bestowed on me and pledge to caretake this wonderful mother earth to the best of my abilities for her while i am here.. weekends are especially nice days at church though.. i get to spend so much more time there praising the great creator..
no. I've only been in church four times since I was very young, and that was because of the funerals of my grandmother, grandfather, and two former classmates. they tried making me go for a christmas thing when I was in the military, but freedom of religion and all that. unless you mean church as in HHB's definition, in which case I go every day.
I watch catholic mass on tv.... Ever sunday its a trippy tradition... Its like watching Star Wars and knowing all the words..... christ has died christ has risen ........ where is the rebel base... O rely... may the force be with you and also with you....
I don't have any religeon to go to church for. So, no I'm not going to church today. I never do. I never will.
my parents invited me to their new church today, so i'm leaving in about 30 minutes. i haven't attended regularly in a few years though
My parents used to make me go to church. I hated it. On Sunday mornings I'd pretend I was asleep so I wouldnt have to go. Then they stopped making me go. I didnt go for a while. Then I started going again, cause I wanted to. Now I get up early, while everyone else is asleep and go. Almost every Sunday.
Its the secret guilt.. eating away from the insides.... or is it youre just up to stuff with the priest?
What the fuck are you talking about ? Its not guilt. Its something you probably wouldnt understand. And that priest comment...ugh. This is exactly the reason why I avoid discussions about religion and stuff like that.
Nah.. if I wanted to witness mass hypocrisy I could just visit my fam.. which I havent done in just as long. Its been.. 7 years since I went to a church for sunday mass.. Ive been to churches since but for aesthetic appreciation. Houston had some beautiful churches.
