Ha ha! the website Cheney mentioned during the debate- factcheck.com He meant to say factcheck.org I love it. George will be getting a lot more hits now.
Seeing as that address merely redirects to that site, I'm wondering if he didn't arrange that fairly speedily after the debate? Or perhaps simply as a trick to make people who accidentily made a typo to think his site was a reliable source for info?
hahaha... anyone go to www.factcheck.org to see what they said??? "Cheney wrongly implied that FactCheck had defended his tenure as CEO of Halliburton Co., and the vice president even got our name wrong. He overstated matters when he said Edwards voted "for the war" and "to commit the troops, to send them to war." He exaggerated the number of times Kerry has voted to raise taxes, and puffed up the number of small business owners who would see a tax increase under Kerry's proposals." They go on and on, bringing both Edwards and Cheney's statements from last night into perspective....
I would also recommend listening to NPR's analyses of both debates: http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=4055740 http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=4072687
Man, someone needs to just admit that this entire election is a lost cause. I heard Edwards talk about Arabs. He knows nothing of the Islamic religion. He's a moron, Cheney is a total moron, Kerry contradicts himself and is 2 different people and saying Bush is a moron is a complete understatement. I don't know why I'm voting this year, but I am. Really, why am I voting this year? Someone please tell me.
