alright so i went and bought 10 from a new guy (to test it) came home checked it out happy but not its purple but really dried the smell isn't of purple but a lighter dank smell could the dryness have made the smell go away im pretty high right now so i will probably buy more but this time like a quarter. Edit:Also could it be afgani or sumtin cause when i was lookin into strains i thought it siad they turn purple sometimes so idk thanks for any input EDIT: FUCK IT IM SO HIGH I DON'T CARE thanks anyway but i would still like to know if its because its dry See the shit in my sig.Picture a fat ass .5 peace of the purple part usually my shit like that when correctly curred smells like pure grape and im gonna get a deal cause the weigh in will be differnet more for my money.
well................................................................................ i'm sorry, i just saw your sig and i had to go jerk off. anyways A) its not a science but good weed(compared to mids) usually seems to be alot softer and lighter. aged(in open air) dank does tend to lose a little smell. b) if it is dryer and crunchier then normal it might possibly have been in open air too much like you said c) not all purple strains are the same, it might be a diff'rent one then you're used to. something in the grow could have been altered or f'd up. d) as far as buying? i'd say judge what you pay for the next batch by area average and quality of the high.
Any strain can turn purple due to temperature. Some strains have the purple pheno, some strains don't.
yes^^ i knew this,it could be a possibility.it's real crunchy average round here is 20 for a gram and they kinda lower it as you go but most people that your new to won't until they know you so it will most likely drop down to 15 a gram at least right now i may sooner or later be able to get 10 if i smoke him up alot.thanks for the input yeah but most def i will buy more its real dry so i think the weigh in will be more than a regular 1/8 i figured to only buy this much and see if he has any orange again even though the purples good the orange is great this time around
I bet u the dealer just put a shit load of pot in a freezer and made it turn purple so its easier to sell lol. Pot turns purple when its in a colder environment! Doesnt make it better doesnt make it worse! id smoke that shit!
