It all started when me and my guy called my one friend to match us a sawbuck, n he said yeah he got a saw buck in the car, hes gunna come pick me up. So after they pick us up, we were in the middle of rollin the blunts when we noticed there was a narc in front of us, n he pulled over to let us go in front of him n they soon pulled us over, my friend next to me that was rolling the blunt was tweakin out n didn't know where to put the bud so he dropped it by our feet. When the cops came the took us out of the car n they began to search the car, they found the first blunt that my guy was gunna match us with, then they soon found a bunch of illegal fire works which made them wana search the car even better, they eventually found a bowl and the blunt that my friend dropped. They asked the driver whos bud it was n he kept saying he has no idea n that him n his friends smoke at work n they must of left it in the ashtray n he said he didnt know where the blunt by my feet came from, So the narc told him since its ur car its ur bud n ur goin to jail , but if u dont confess then every1 will go to jail, N he said well its my car so its my bud n they arrested him n let all of us go n instead of impounding his car they let us drive it home. it turned out he got a felony for the fireworks n a misdamedor for the bud, n he got off with a court date
Thats a real bummer man. Be more careful, and avoid smoking while driving, its really one of the only things that gives bud a bad rep, ya feel?
lol imagine how many encounters would be avoided by just knowing your rights? denying searches works ive seen it in action and if it doesnt it has enough reason to get thrown out my buddies case got thrown out and he was caught with 2 zones of mush and a zone of herb

I'm assuming the illegal fireworks belonged to the driver along with the first blunt the officer found. The driver would have been an idiot not to accept responsibility for the other weed and paraphernalia in the car. He was already getting a felony for the fireworks and a misdemeanor for his blunt. The misdemeanor was not going to get any worse if he accepted responsibility for all the weed unless the officer wanted to charge him with paraphernalia too. Why were you guys pulled over? If the cop was in front of you and then pulled over to let you pass it was because he saw something in his rearview mirror. Meaning one of your dumbass friends was rolling the blunt in plain sight or you guys were tailing his ass. Like everyone else said, should've refused the search.
shoulda just stuck the blunts inside your shoe, cops rarely ever make you take off your shoes when they pat you down. and if they do ask just lift em up and put em back down and then just go sit down
A guy on cops tried to eat crack cocoaine, which is pretty much all the stuff underneath the counter. and somehow the cop knew he had it in his mouth, next thing i know hes got the guy in a headlock and cocaine is coming out of his mouth. i was like wow that cop can detect anything.
