Hell yea, although some heads are just too ignorant. But as CNN has actually spoken well about marijuana, hopefully heads will in fact start toking. I bet my grandma is changing her view on it LOL

they actually said 11 million americans which sounds more impressive than 3.6528% i used that exact estimate from google to figure out the % 10,991,000 rounds to 11 million
also you have to take into account the Smoker who didnt answer honestly on the survey. Which could potentially raise the real number a bit.
^ She's got a good point, regularly, yeah probably only around the 3-4% but people that smoke like once a week aren't considered regular tokers, at least not in my book.
