Here are my two favourites, I'm sharing them because I want yours. Twos Juice 2 small beets, peeled 2 carrots, scrubbed 2 small apples 2 inches of ginger, peeled ½ lime, peeled Top and tail the beets and carrots and throw it all in, this juice is a little bit sweet and a gorgeous colour. Makes a generous 16 oz glass, don't spill it it'll stain. Greens Juice 1 or 2 sticks celery depending on taste 1 roma tomato or other small tomato 1 clove garlic 1 tennis ball sized ball of fresh basil leaves and stems several handfuls green beans Roll the basil into a fairly tight ball, juice everything but the beans first and then add as many beans as it takes to fill a 16 oz glass. Dark green and savoury, it's really, really, really, really good. I always strain them with a sieve over a jug. It's nicer.
3 celery stalks, 5 large spinach leaves,2 carrots, 1 beet, handful of parsley, 3-inch round of wheatgrass. Juices may be diluted with a half a cup water if desired. You may also add garlic and ginger.
1/2 honeydew mellon. 2 kiwi fruit. 6 1/2 oz. grapes. 1/4 bunch mint sprigs (optional). ice cubes, to serve. When choosing melons always smell them; a ripe melon's scent is heady and aromatic. Peel and seed the melon, peel the kiwi, roughly chop all the flesh, and put in a blender. Add the grapes and the leaves picked from the mint sprigs, if using, and blend until smooth. Serve over ice in highball glasses.
Try this: Take one half pineapple, 2 or 3 pears (to taste) and a shot or two of malibu rum (again, to taste) I tried this as soon as my mixer came in the mail! it was DELICIOUS!!
A good way to cleanse both the body and soul. 1 apple. 1 pear. 1 large carrot. 1 fennel bulb, trimmed. 1/2-inch piece fresh ginger. This promotes regular bowel movements and the elimination of mucus.
