Several times a day is considered normal...They say it becomes a problem when it becomes like a set activity during the day, you plan it out and need to go do it...like an addiction you know..I'm not sure... It is possible that excessive masturbation can make intercourse less attractive to you than masturbation, at least when you first try to "come off" masturbation and have regular intercourse. Most guys masturbate from time to time when they also are having regular intercourse, and this is not a problem.
