I got some LSD from a new source that made my hands a little bit jittery and also made me kind of tired, exhausted feeling. I couldn't sleep during the trip of course. But for like the first 3 hours I just kind of wanted to lay down, then I really didn't feel like walking around much later in the trip, got myself to bed like only 12 hours later.

Which remembering back to my previous source, I remember the LSD I had got before did not make me jittery at all. When I was drawing on my previous batch of LSD my hand was easily the most precise and steady it's ever been. Then furthermore, I had LOADS of energy on my old stuff. To the point that laying down was just not plausible for very long. I would be sitting meditation style, very upright, or standing very upright. I actually spent most of my time standing. I also went on long epic walks on my old LSD and remember it not being much of an issue, or ever feeling tired. The new batch of LSD also left me feeling a little worn out the following couple days. Whereas I remember my first batch of LSD left me feeling ready to fly off into life full gear the following day.

I also remember my first batch of LSD, I did so many drawings, talked about so much stuff, thought up so much stuff. And even the next day, the whole following week, I was just on a creative roll with everything, I had so many new ideas and so much energy to do it all. Whereas this new batch I got... I really was just not feeling in the mood to get really creative, draw, or talk alot. It just kind of exhausted me, left me feeling exhausted and lacking creativity the next couple days.

So what I am wondering is, what is with this jitteriness and exhaustion that this new LSD seems to cause? Is this just bad LSD? I honestly don't even want to take it again, it was hardly anything how I remembered the first stuff I got.

Also, I did not trip very hard for 1 tab. My previous tabs were easily twice as strong for the same size. Which is another reason I'm suspecting its bad LSD. Anyone else run into something like this?

Ive read that DOx chemicals have a very speedy effect and are shit, and not too much can fit on a blotter paper, so maybe thats why the first time it was so much better compared to now

It could have been a dirty batch or some of the nasty chemical Dox.

To me it sounds more like DOB than any of the other DOx's many of them can be very pleasant from what i have heard and read but i hear DOB is the more ruthless of them all

The only thing about it being DOB was. The effect psychologically was very LSD-like. And it did only last 10-12 hours.

and it didn't really feel speedy. But maybe the speediness just made feel more exhausted right from the begining?

And I should say, the first batch I had which I was thinking was good LSD and said it was very energetic. It was not amphetamine speed like energetic. It was just excitement.

How does LSD typically affect your guys level of energy? Have you ever got jittery hands on it?

every trip is different and can have vastly different effects on the mind and body. don't be so quick to assume that every aspect of the trip is a direct result of the chemical you ingested- the acid is only the unlocking key, your brain is the most important factor.

that said, the dose may have been another issue. low doses of acid, in my experience, often have vastly different physiological effects than higher doses. try doubling your dose.

over time, drugs like lsd, can change your brain/body chemistry with regards to how you actually metabolize the substance. factor that in with a different dose from your last one and you can get a different result or experience. i find the older i get, the less enjoyable my drug experiences are. i become more conscious of the damaging effects and my reduced capabilities. in a way we're just tricking ourselves by trying to re-live our first enlightening experiences as they are rarely ever as enjoyable. last time i took lsd, i honestly asked myself during the trip, 'why the hell do i still take this thing when, aside from the crazy visuals, it mostly makes me feel somewhat anxious and uncomfortable?"
