Any hunters out there? Any in East Tennessee? What is there to go after here? I've never been hunting, but I would love to try. My dad grew up in Tacoma and used to hunt a lot, and a lot of my mom's family is from rural Mississippi and they shoot a lot of deer and squirrels and such. I've never been I know the meat is tastier and healthier than cow, so I'm curious.
Hunting and fishing are the best ways to get decent meat. I don't care for grocery store meats, plus I've had no real envolvement in getting them. There's so much more to hunting and fishing than the actual goal. You truely feel a oneness with nature when doing them.
