Super fatty David Hindes dread progression.

    Ive always thought that David Hinds dread progression is the definition of dreadlock congos.

    Here are some quick pics, showing how they progressed..

    not sure what you mean there mate..Remeber it was the ska era and alot of bands revolved around black musicians. i grew up in 70' -80's and my family all west indian. several uncles and family friends had locked hair like that. dont think anyone battered eyelid really.nobody really knew much about the culture except Bob Marley and the like. you used to see a lot of locksman in them days, now they all grey and silver and alot bald.lol
    me now, i've been locked for 12 yrs nearly and just chopped off 18inches of hair, i get more of a reaction than anything back then. people assume you are Rasta or smoke weed etc...certain things i follow regarding the faith but never a 100% ital :) maybe one day when i so choose or think i'm ready.
