Viva la revolution?

 

What I want to know is, if the Mayans were able to predict the end of the world...why didn't they predict the end of their civilization also?

Im not attacking you personally but its people that think they know everything about this place we call the world that drag it to being faith of the end coming in 2012 im not saying it will happen...im not saying it wont...but how do you know it wont...have you researched it? read enough information to back it up? In what i have read.....At Obama's end of presidency (2012) The myan calender ends...they worshiped the sun because it was visible and full of life...gave them crops...what happend to them? dissaperaed off the face of the earth with no remnance of there being any human bodies...but there is still proof no? What happend to them? some one maybe saved them from this world? no one knows is my point.... but as far as the 2012 deal...My theary is we will have a long long time of war and then in the end live in peace and harmony like it was intended.

 

Interestingly enough, I believe I saw on an eclipse website that in 2012 there is supposed to be a total solar eclipse...over like australia/newzealand area..

I think the Mayan calender ended because they ran out of room on the rock, that's my guess. My sports illustrated calender ends on 12/12/08, I hope that's not the end of the world.

who cares? when the time comes, I'd rather have it happen out of the blue than be sitting and dreading it the whole time.

if i knew about it and was planning or if i wasn't, i'm sure of what i'd do. I would contact all that I cared about then blow my face to the heavens with a sawed off 12-gauge. criticize all you want, i'm not gonna stick around after i see the first signs of doomsday

 

I don't know if it is true or not (Not going to get into a huge debate if it is, I just don't think about it) but I know that on December 20 (Since it is 12-21-2012, not 12-12-2012) will be the best night of my life. No reason to take any chances right?

 

As long as I get to take a trip to amsterdam before then....

As long as I'm happy that day, I won't care. Actually, if I were happy tomorrow even, I wouldn't care if it were the end of the world.

 

December 12th is my birthday, so I'm going to smoke some herb and eat some cake. If the world ends on 12/12/2012 I'll go out with a smile on my face. By the way, the Mayans really did predict it to happen on 12/21/2012, but who cares?

To answer the question, millions and millions of people care. And the Mayans didn't predict the "end of the world", they predicted the end of this current cycle or "age". The world isn't going to end in 2012.

 

Take it easy dickweed. Just what good does it do to take something like this seriously, anyway? If you're into Mayan prophecy, it's cool with me. I just prefer to be a little more casual about it, that's all.
