I've been watching Weeds, and I've learnt that drug dealers set up cover businesses to launder money into their personal accounts.

So I was wondering, what's a common cover business?

Yeah car repair shop......including the fake one across the street from where I work lol. We are just waiting for the day we get to see the cops raid the place. They aren't smart enough to realize that you don't sell drugs at your cover business, Jesus.

The FBI has a permanent posse on 47th St streeet, The Diamond District, NYC. They are watching the jewelers big time for laundry business. They stick out like a sore thumb amongst the jewelers.

Jacob-The-Jewler just got busted big time for washing out for a Detroit crew. The dude wus a playa in rap circles.

There's one of those by me, only its a convienent store. You ask for a blunt rap and then hand him an extra $10 and say you need something to put in it then he directs you to the back of the store where a sketchy character hands you a gram.

What about restoration companies? I've seen signs all around town for some restoration business, and I called the phone number on the signs just for fun to see what they would say, and they didn't say much.
