So I am trippin with my friend. were gonna each do 2 geltabs and have a nature hike and I am wondering how long would it take for me to be able to talk to parents/ possibly drive a car?? The reason this is so urgent is because the sober kid who was gonna come chill with us might not make it, so I might have to drive or something! These might be good gels too because I took 2.3 grams of mushrooms i got from the same guy and tripped hard for the first time and only really tripped for like 5 good hours and the guy said for the L i should go for about 8 to 10 hours and we are gonna take it at noon. We want to be home before 9 for sure but probably earlier. Just gimme waht ever ya got cause i am nervous now...
Thats a tough call. If they turn out to be really strong, you might still be tripping pretty good at 9. If they suck, then you might be almost back to baseline. Tripping with a deadline like that sucks... try to arrange a better time.
I have a friend who likes to drive on LSD. When I ride with him on it, since LSD has that whole concioussness merging thing, it's then like were both driving the car. Or I'm driving the car through him and he's helping me do it, and vice versa. The question does come up, always, "is this intelligent?" To which the response is, always,"what do you mean... we have God on our side he wouldn't let us die". To which the following response typically goes something like "totally man lets take this spaceship to the moon?" Ok ok. I know we shouldn't do it. I wouldn't suggest it to the average person, or even suggest I drive on lsd. But it's far too entertaining and this friend of mine can drive as well as he can walk... I try to avoid it but sometimes the idea of driving over bridges in the city with trance going is far too alluring. what ....... Ken Kesey and Neal Cassady did it Anyways. Me personally. I typically don't drive until atleast 16 hours after LSD. I'm sure you could do it at 12. But the lines might start trying to crawl away from you. If you have to, remember, follow the physically manifested road, the colorful wavy road going off into space. While it will take you into space, your gonna have to lose your physical body in the process to follow that one.
its never ever a good idea to have a deadline when ur tripping... alot more time and dont worry about being late. say ur car got broken down or ur battery died.
+1,000 Better yet, if your time limit is because of plans or obligations, come up with an excuse and contact whoever you need to ahead of time, trust me you'll have a much better time, something like that can really get in the way of having a fun time and could make for a really bad time even.
well, could I talk to my parents on L, or +8 hours into it? I know that when i did shrooms i couldnt talk for like 5 hours, so I dont know.
on lsd, you will probably appear to be stoned when making conversation, due to distractions and over-thought. though your pupils can give it away
The first time I did acid I ended up having to talk to to my mom. She is a nurse and had no idea. Her face was morphing right in front my eyes, but I just played it cool. It really depends on how drug savy your parents are. But if they are like mine and lived under a rock in the 60's and 70's you should be fine. Also I have driven on LSD, you can do it if you are very careful and aware if you must, but avoid it if at all possible.
cool thanks, any more would be great but its cool. I didnt end up doing it, so I think im gonna wait until a better time. If the guy said 8 to 10 hours, how long should i make sure I have to be alone from people, parents, ect. ? on shrooms (i suppose they are about 8 hrs) but I really only tripped for about 4 hours, and then I was out of it for like 3 to 4 more hours, but could probably have talked to parents towards the last hour or so, idk
ive taken lsd at 11am, had it start to kick in noticibly at noon, and peak till approximately 6pm, before slowly reducing until a baseline at approximately midnight. (then had insomnia till 3am or so)
27 and worried about parents? no offence but find some time to yourself before you go crazy...lol i would suggest that you dont have to drive or talk to anyone who would not be cool with your tripping until after 12 hours.
