What happens when u get busted?

I've never been busted, or have any friends who have either. Im just wondering what happens if u do? whats the kind of stuff they tell u? what can they actually back up?

 

busted by parents? or cops gotta be more specific, in my case been busted by both

Parents- tell me not to smoke in the house and go outside worst they will do is take my shit
Cops-take my shit, throw me in jail, parents have to bail me out yeah not fun

 

If it's under an ounce police will write you a summons, not arrest you. At least that's how it is in my state.

My parents will tell me not to be a fuck up, or to bring it into the house.

 

i mean cops. we have over 100 acres here so i dont travel with pot much. Just from my hook up back home mostly, but its a long way. Im wondering what happens if they catch me. Whats the most they can do? I know there gonna make a lot of threats and make it seem worse than it is. I just wanna know what to expect.

lol. they have helicopters flying around constantly looking for pot. they use somekind of infrared i think.

 

it all depends on what you have and what you do when they get you.

if its a little bit, they write you a citation and then the fun begins. if its a substantial amount, you go to jail.

in my state (and im pretty sure everywhere) paraphernalia is worst then the actual drug.

not trying to be mean or anything, but it seems like you need an attitude adjustment.. getting caught is no joke, i just went to court today for it and it sucked ass. ive spent over $1000 and now I have to take drug classes.

Dont drive with it, dont carry it around.. keep that shit hidden and do it in private.

You don't have bail set when arrested for weed.

 

first of all they use infrared to see if anyone is using high powered bulbs to grow pot so youll be fine if your just growing it in a yard. second of all what happens to you when you get caught depends on the cop that busts you. if hes nice youll get a warning and he'll take it from you. if hes not so leanient then they will just give you a misdemeanor if you have less than an ounce. you go on court ordered probation for a couple months and its wiped off your record for good. if your carrying more than an ounce usually it could be considered a felony which theyll put you in jail for along with a hefty fine.

I've been through both in good and bad scenarios, so ill break it down to you.

Parents
Ok I've been caught by my parents so many fucking times. Well it usually starts with a long talk, then they say they dont want you to smoke it or something like that, and then they catch you again till eventually they just dont give a fuck once you hit 18. But some parents are cool with smoking so they'll just tell you to do it outside the house.

Cops.
OK this is fucked up. No matter how good or bad things turn out, dont ever expect that you will be able to keep ur weed. If its a chilled out cop, he'll just destroy your stuff and let you go with a warning. If its a dick cop, he'll fuck you with his long dick of the law.

 

If you live in Florida, the cops bend you over the cruiser and buck you in your ass every day for the rest of your life.

Man im going to move to ann arbor, which is by me in michigan. your first possession offense is 25$ second is 50 and third is a hundred and no jail time ever for it.

 

First of all, it depends on the cops and it depends on what the cirucumstances are. Ever cop is different, every police district is different, and all cops have goods days and bad days.

I know people who have gotten busted with weed and were let off fairly easily. I know some people who have gotten caught, and all the cops did was make them break their bowls. I've also been caught in a drug deal (by DTs in white Nissans, no less!), and only the driver and the dealer were screwed over. I was a passenger in my friend's car (she was driving and did the deal for another one of my friends in the car), and only my friend driving got fucked over for it. All I had to do was give them my name and my number (my cell phone, of course ), and I was free to leave. My mother never even found out about it.

It also depends on who you know, who you are and what the circumstances are surrounding the reason they found you or pulled you over in the first place.

Sometimes you're fucked, sometimes you just get lucky. But regardless, always remain calm, be honest (it's such a stupid idea to blatantly lie to a cop, because that gets them pissed and gets you in even more trouble), and be weary. Pigs are fucking everywhere!

If I completely misread the post, by the way, and you're talking about being caught growing weed... I'm not sure. I know a few people who grow weed inside their houses, but I've never heard a story about what happened to someone caught doing so. I probably have, just don't remember. Fucking pot. :tongue:

 

Honestly bro, We don't even get bails for any type of drug case. Plus, In Pompano its known for cops to fucking plant shit on you, and thats where I gotta go to get my weed lol (undercover after undercover there too).

Like 2 of my friends were driving around late one day in a brand new car (never smoked in before) and they got pulled over at 4 AM (yea, it was late.. but they didn't have anything on them and weren't doing anything wrong.) My one friend that was driving has alot of hair, so when the cop got up to the window apparently they grabbed him by the hair and threw him out of the car because one of the cops knew he had a record some how (he stole a lot back in the day). One cop almost tore apart the car door looking for weed in it because he kept saying he smelt some, and they ended up not finding anything at all except the passenger had some eye drops. So they called both their parents saying that the car smelt like weed, they were both stoned, and that they had eye drops and told their parents what they were used for (like they didn't already know, asshole cops..) So yeah, don't get caught with or without weed in SoFlo.

 

Dang man. Its too bad we have to lay down and take what ever they decide to do to us Where I live the local cops ain't so bad. Its the state troopers that are assholes. I think I'm just gonna stop smokin...
