i have these fentynal patches, 100mcg per hour i think? lasts up to 72 hours supposedly.. im not familiar with these really... i usually do oxycontin, but none of that, so this..

anyway, i cut it open and mixed it with 500ML of lemonaid
i drink like 200ml and im feeling great..

any other ways to do this, with better effects? or hwo do you guys do it?

 

oh ya, that's not a bad method.
let it dry out and scrape it up... you know what to do with that.

yea, uh, i've never done this, but know its dangerous and triple check the measurements if you have to.

 

Eating it is a waste. You got a placebo effect..
You need to wear it, smoke it, or put it under your tounge without swallowing it for at least 10 to 15 minutes..
Orally is just a waste and it won't absorb

 

The bioavailability of fentanyl ingested is 33%. He did get high. That's probably why someone without a tolerance managed to have a nice time and not OD from that entire patch. 50% under tongue, 92% through skin.

 

be careful with that shit. I read somewhere that fentanyl is responsible for the most opiate overdoses next only to heroin, and in the same sentence it says it is much easier to OD on fentayl than heroin.

Be damn careful with Fentanyl... there was a kid that OD'ed in town here from eating a sucker.. that shit is dangerous.. hence why its measured in MICROgrams

 

Evidently you've never enjoyed the Fentanyl "lollipops". Sucks that that it's such a short acting drug, though.

lol too impatient ? im pretty impatient, which is usually why i go a little overboard with pills
and especially mushrooms (if youve ever done them, then you know how you feel a little wierd after a while, but not the full thing, i usually eat more then, thinking that i didnt eat enough, then i trip out quite badly )

 

Glad to hear that the OP checks the dosages for his opiates. Fent is dangerous, as everyone has said here, but as long as you are careful you will be ok. As far as I know though, Oxyrisin is right, you need to either have it absorbed through the skin by wearing it, or let it disolve under the tongue cause it absorbs much better through mucosal tissue than through the stomach.
