Just dropped but I have a headache.

Someone quickly before I go on my adventure...does taking ibuprofen or tylenol have an effect on a trip? Because I'd really like to get rid of this headache.

 

I doubt any headache medicine could stop it. If you just dropped and still have yet to begin tripping I would say eat the pills and the headache should be gone before you start tripping.

 

yeah it's your best bet a headache on a trip is annoying so eat some advil. it's not an ssri so your good.

Yea in my own experience, LSD takes care of headaches right away. And most other physical pains as well.

duh..I totally forgot about that. I took a couple ibuprofens but the headache started disappearing right right after I took it so I didn't really need it. But I'm not sure because it might have had a weird effect on the trip because unlike my other experiences a 2 hit trip literally took 3 hours to fully kick in and the intensity of it lasted well into the morning.

Yea, psychedelics are actually being researched and said to be cures for cluster headaches at least, so it'd probably have no problem curing it.

 

yeeeha.. Sort of does that for me as does shrooms but it depends on the type of headache quality of acid and how many hours Ive already been awake. :cheers2:

 

Interesting. My friend got a terrible migrane from taking mushrooms. Terrible. He said he had to go into a quiet room for the rest of the night where he was literally paralyzed with pain thinking he was gonna die. It'd make sense that if they had the ability to relieve headaches they could cause them.

 

I've had a few of them trips on mushrooms. One in particular that I felt like I was having seizures throughout my mind and body for hours and I was also paralyzed. It was fuckin awesome!

 

i broke my leg in a fight and never went to the hospital...to this day its kinda crooked...i dropped acid like the next night and went from stoned and not able to walk to tripped out and running around my house closing portals and jumping off the couch. No pain at all. Of course the next few weeks were rough but i think the headach would leave. Sorta like u feel sick...u smoke a bowl u feel ok and u got a headach u smoke a blunt ur happy and fine its all a mind set for the most part....

 

well the same thing happens with analgisics if you take them on a daily basis, stopping them and your headache will be X's that of which it is normally. I think that shrooms may cause headaches too, But its something to do with your mind not flowing into to effects as you resist the trip coming on, you become more tence. IDK. I get diblitating headaches.. sometimes it helps to shroom and sometimes it dont. As I said if your awake for many hours then trying to trip when you need rest isnt going to help..
