Because 27 and 3 are my "magic" numbers. They always have been.

What was the 27+3+1=Insane thing about anyways?

Well, that's a good thing it wasn't true. Or I wouldn't come and stay with you... unless you wanted like a back door woman or something. I do have a thing for British accents. ;)

Air conditioning is not sustainable. Maurice Strong even said so. You're wasting too much energy. Turn it off now!!!!!!!

No, I'll leave the cheating and the breaking up of families for others.
Thats not my game plan for life.

Well you will like me because I can talk all day and all night (and some of it is interesting and makes sense, possibly even a little funny).

Good. I like a man that talks. I hate feeling like I'm talking to a dumb stack of bricks whenever I talk to a guy that is of lesser importance.

I know what you mean (aside from this bit: whenever I talk to a guy that is of lesser importance). I even listen too.

"no pleasure,no rapture,no exquisite sin greater than central air"

-- I need my A/C- its a 100degrees in the shade, we went a few weeks with out it last summer - my water bill skyrocketed and we spent WAY WAY more time driving to other peoples houses-shopping.

I am wasting too much energy without it. I was sluggish all week and didn't want to lift a finger because of the heat. It's a comfortable 24C in here, it has an energy efficiency setting that I put it on that exceeds the government's highest effiency performance levels for all Canadian market air units by using over 10 percent less power. And it's only got a BTU of 5,000. Comes with a snazzy remote.

    >_<

I tried to research and resist. Honest.

Only 5,000 BTU - Is that even enough to cool a broom closet

Dude, you've no idea how awesome it is in here right now.

I'm telling you, I got the pick of the litter with this air unit. Hahaha. (Who brags about this crap anyway?!?)

If only this thing would play music, I'd buy it a ring.

EDIT: My apartment is only marginally larger than a broom closet anyway. :D

    I'm happy for you :cheers2:

But I gave up on individual A/C units for central air a while back [IMG]

LOL and I got rid of my central unit for individual AC units, lol My bill dropped by $40.00 a month. I know others that the opposite happend.

I have a 8,000 in the Master and a 24,000 in the living room then my 24,000 died so I got a 14,000 kenmore and it seems to do as good as the 24,000. All are 220 since 110 actually uses more juice for the same output.
