you could use the deep cleanse. http://www.hipforums.com/newforums/showthread.php?t=136945 It works so good. If you don't have all that stuff just the baking soda and water is great too, I do that sometimes.
baking soda an ACV work great. and cheap too. I think you can also make a shampoo from a prickly pear cactus, if you grow one at home.
