Simple question, I was busted for possesion (less then half ounce) and paraphernalia. My court date is on monday... Chances are it will be dismissed or il have to take drug classes or some shit.. worst case scenario i get active probation (or jail but hey then im fucked anyway). Im worried about them testing me at court, because I havnt gone clean in preperation for the court date (I know im fucking stupid). Am I fucked?
i dunno how common it is to be honest.. i just know that they can and if you refuse its contempt of court and you go to jail.. im in georgia,georgia has the right to yank your license for 1 year over a possession charge and ive heard that is when a drug test then and there comes into play.. i have no personal expierence with this so as i said,i have no idea how likely or unlikely it is.. i just know in most states they can.. BTW,if its just weed,dont smoke till monday,drink a gallon of water tomorrow and a gallon sunday then monday before court drink about a half gallon and take a couple multi vitamins.. 90% chance youll pass if they do test..
shit man i apreciate it.. il drink an ok amount of water now but il step it up.. i can only hope it wont come to that.. i mean I have a lawyer, I would hope he could at least save me from that shit.
Yes if it was a drug case they can drug test you 2 determine if your a user or distibutor. If they make it pretrial conditions expect it. I got court on the 16 and im expecting it part of my bail conditions....
well i mean i didnt go to jail the night of the incident, i just got a simple ticket. i do feel like i would be pretty surprised if i got tested..
alright to close this thread i went to court today and didnt get tested, but i got classes and MAY be tested in the future.. but thats besides the point. thanks and peace.
