Has anyone herd about the North American Union? It is Canada, America and Mexico as one Union. No more America...How does everyone feel about it?
From what little I've read about it, it's sort of like a revision on the WTO focusing mainly on the North American continent, seen by supporters as a means to balance the faltering economies of the partners involved. One part of this plan is the development of a new currency, The Amero. Or "our version" of the Euro. But from what little I read, the plans for putting anything like this into motion arent supposed to come about for another 10 years. Anyone have more solid info on this?
Its North America's version of EU, the european union. It interconnects the trade, economies and currency of the countries and opens up boarders much more which is why it more than likely wont happen at least for a while. The US if anything wants tight boarders especially with Mexico.
