So I was at the local mall and I walked into a PacSun to look at hats. And when I go to walk out this guy (he was prolly 17) stops me and tells me to empty my pockets. I laugh at him and do what he asked. Then he starts trying to pat me down so I shove him off of me and he starts yelling for security. So I just stand there, bewildered at this guys level of pussyness and this old security guard walks in and immediately starts patting me down. They then asked for my sunglasses (which i had bought at that store a few weeks ago) and asked if i had a receipt for them. Which I didn't. And they accused me of stealing them from the store as they were in near perfect condition. They called the cops and after LITERALLY hours of convincing them i didnt steal them (My mom even had to leave her job to come up there and bitch these guys out telling them i bought them) they finally let me go AND BANNED ME FROM THE MALL! Because I'm "violent....
fuck man, thats some bullshit and that banned from the mall is bullshit you didnt do anything you should sue the guy fro PacSun cos he was touching you, say he sexually assulted you
i can't see him patting you down and stuff if you weren't really doing anything, and if he did it just for the hell of it, then that's fucked up that's shitty, but at least you convince them that you didn't steal.
Have your parents call their corporate offices and bitch them out. Might even get some money out of this.
demand videographic evidence that they could suspect you stole anything.. they have cameras covering every square inch of that place.. sue! you are forever scarred because of the pressure on your psyche.. haha haha

You don't legally have to show a receipt...ever. Nor do security or store employees ever have the right to detain you. They don't have any authority.
