bong water is gross. you probably took the tummy ache/ bong water drinking side effects to be sort of high. if you were waiting for a high, you'd probably have to wait for your body to filter out the water before it could get to any thc residue, like if you had chunks in your bong water.
its nasty, and can't be healthy.
