You see it all the time in porn where the guy is about to cum, and he squeezes the top of his cock with his hand/fingers just after the head, and waits to squirt some chick in the face or where ever. I see that so often, but it makes me wonder if something like that is safe. I tried it at least once, tryign to get that same massive squirting effect, but it didn't work. Maybe what they do is for effect, rather than for functionality... who knows.

I would think that preventing the natural flow of you bodily functions would be dangerous. Just like holding in pee, or a bowel movement for an extended amount of time. And I don't think preventing an orgasm from coming out would be any safer. Especially if it affects the prostate.

    Thoughts and experiences?

After a while, you get "blue balls" and your nuts hurt holding it in. But it makes your eventual orgasm that much more powerful, both in terms of relief, ejaculate, and pleasure. Plus, it helps prolong sexual pleasure and if you're with a partner, make you last longer. Not sure if its healthy, but it works...

I've heard plenty of "sex writers?" who advocate it as a way to prevent premature ejaculation, so I'd assume it's safe. I got some brief soreness the one time I tried it, however, so it's not something I'd do regularly.

It is possible for men to have multiple orgasms, but it may take some practice to work up to this point. In order to do it, you need to excercise the PC muscle, which is the same muscle that you use when you pee. When you are about to cum, you need to squeeze the PC muscle to prevent the orgasm.

This is a common technique used in tantric sex. It is actualy possible to have a "dry orgasm", in which you still get the bodily sensation of an orgasm, but wtithout ejaculating. With practice, you can actually use your breath to move the orgasmic energy up through your body to get a full body sensation.

People tell me it is comparable to drugs. ;)

yeah I like this angle. I enjoy the pre-ejaculate orgasm, but the part where the jiz comes out has always been somewhat awkward. still pleasureable, but in a way it's 'too much" and I'd prefer to flex that muscle right before blowing it, so it doesn't come out. i doubt the jiz gets very far up the urethra, so i doubt it's unhealthy. It really is like having multiple orgasms and it makes the final jizzing much more enjoyable.

I don't really know...but I have heard that doing things like holding in your ejaculate, say by holding your finger over your urethra, is bad for you....and doing that when you're pissing, is a lot worse.

Meh, I do it sometimes when I have time, yes it does your orgasms countless times more intense, still you need a lot of discipline to NOT just let it go. The dry orgasms are weird in my experience, I can feel contractions and some pleasure but not the same as actual ejaculation, its all good anyway.
