I wouldn't suggest putting anything up ass without a condom on. Also...it's very rare for a guy to be able to suck his own penis. If you do try..be careful not to hurt your back. Only like 1% of men can suck his own penis I would think. It's not that likely

The physical depth isn't really an issue, as it's possible to insert things in there far further than you would ever imagine possible, as doctors who quite frequently have to do examinations will confirm.

However, as with the G-Spot with Vaginal sex, the P-Spot (prostate) is only an inch or 2 inside, and it is also possible to stimulate it from outside, although not as directly.
