This is discrimination I am thinking about making a appeal he was guilty by reason of Christianity.

i rip up every bible thumper i get into an argument with, whether or not they "actually know a thing or 2 about the bible". im not bragging, its simply the truth. the bible is full of blatant contradictions and lacks logic. so using simple logic, nothing more, its easy to win an argument against a fool.

 

EXODUS.....EXODUS; this was a time when fire falls from the sky and people killed people for mocking bold people. Most of the old testiment laws were purly human Jewish manufactures. Get a life that doesnt involve mocking other peoples beliefes. I cant stand athievangelists but I dont go complaining on forums and crap about them.

I've read the fucking thing, KJV and the Old Testament pieces ARE relevent to christians, so if you want to be such a smart ass debate away but the poster does point out how extreme Yahweh's view of order is, and it raises MANY important philosophical issues that if one genuinly believes in the bible cannot be ignored.

We are born with original sin only to be punished (severly and often unfairly in comparing punishments from one sinner to the next) for making mistakes. We are given free will only to be wiped from the earth for not making the choices Yahweh (the father) wants us to make.

The relevence of this to new testament is paramount, because Jesus is only one person of God, When Jesus was born in the New testament, Yahweh didn't die.

 

Now who sounds ignorant? Maybe you should take a history lesson...

 

Sometimes we find little bits of truth along the way... especially as humans seem to echo the same problems and solutions, it seems to me anything the anceints offer us is of value... i don't expect you to appreciate that though.

 

Why do christians get so touchy when inconsistancies are pointed out?Why do they even respond to attacks?(he asks rhetorically)Could they be so insecure about their own beliefs that it seems worth it to lose their tempers and attack those who attack them?I guess that's the christian way.Pretty sad and revealing.

 

Original Sin is the doorway that religions use to make your feel guilty and ashamed for doing NOTHING!!! Once you buy into that, they've got you hooked, and until you free your mind and yourself from them, happiness will be waiting

 

Not Taoism.

 

Taoism isn't a religion, it's more of a set of values. I've never read anything in Taoism that says "You must do this" or "You must not do that". If that does ever get written into Taoist beliefs, than I'd classify it as another brainwashing religion
