If you order seeds from out of the country and they were found in the mail, are they just taken out of the mail before reaching you, or do you get arrested/fined?
unless you're on some kind of watch list, what's likely to happen is this. The seeds are confiscated. Customs sends you a nasty-gram telling you that you violated trade regulations, and not to do it again. if you're on a watchlist, which if you're ordering seeds, you're most likely 'not' unless you've been exceptionally sloppy with ordering lighting and other equipment, then you 'might' get a visit from someone....if you're having a very bad day and the gods of weedage hate your guts. most likely thing is just the loss of the seeds and a customs nasty-gram, telling you to not do it again.
