I saw a girl pass by with one yesterday and thought it was pretty cool. Does anyone have one/have seen one/know someone who does have one? I'm thinking about getting one but I'm not too sure about it since the back is so sensitive.
If you mean that there was just a piercing in the small of her back, its a surface piercing. These are one of the trickier piercing to heal, but it can be done. make sure you get it done with a surface bar and from an experienced surface piercer. Ask to see pics of healed piercings they have done.
PS it could also be a microderm anchor. These are supposedly easier to heal with the same look as a surface piercing. I don't know much about them
