i cant believe i havent snapped...yet. if your wondering why its cause the police have set me up for the fifth time and i dont care about doing time but im going to lose my license for 2 years just for being falsely arressted. oh yeah and im going to lose my job.

im getting a lawyer to attempt to keep my license but i heard its a slim chance. And when it comes to the trial im not going to have a lawyer on principal alone cause im so innocent its a joke, im not goin to let them bullshit me and have me plead guilty like the other times where it was my word against the officer, innocent until proven guilty and it cant be proven cause i aint guilty. The only other time when i was set up similar to this one was based on the facts and i took a lie detector test to prove my innocence cause they said they had witnesses, its all about the facts. i still did time cause when they set me up i had a knife on me, so lets see what kind of bs they try to pull this time.

iminmyunderwear they cant screw me cause its not a subjective case where a cop beats you cause your not scared of em and they call it resisting arrest. unless they lie in the report, thats happened to me before.

 

if you've honestly been set up as many times as you say, you should be well aware that they can get away with basically whatever the fuck they want... especially if you don't get help from someone who really knows what they're doing

 

DWI second offense. i drank 3 beers and drove on July 4, everyone on the road was tanked and driving 10mph under the speed limit so i was going around them not using my blinker and they pulled me over for driving erratically. The only reason i drove that way is cause i thought there is no way i have to worry about a DWI. Who hasnt drank a beer and drove, its perfectly legal but they can still arrest you and make you pay alot of money for bail and tow. i refused the breath test and blood but this is Harris County the most strictist county in the US so they got a warrant, woke the judge out of bed to force me to take a blood test i will pass it easy but they are going to take my license cause of the refusal. i only refused cause when she asked me to take the test i asked am i arrested, cause i was already handcuffed and she said yeah so i said no thanks.

 

well you know.... refusal to take the test is often an automatic admission of guilt. at least that's the way it is in virginia.

that was stupid as hell... you probably would have passed the test if you actually had only 3 beers, but by refusing to blow, you basically just legally admitted to being drunk (not blowing is actually punished more severely than blowing over the limit). also, it is legal for the police to say that you were impaired and should not have been driving, no matter how much alcohol was actually in your blood.

and if you've been drinking, follow the damn traffic laws whether you think you're drunk or not. that's just common sense

 

One time the dirtys took me out of the car for putting the cuffs around to the front of me cause of my shoulder injury and maced me and called it resisting arrest. i have two of those and if a cop dont like me he can just beat me call it resisting arrest and that would be a felony and i would go to state prison, yall dont want to live in Houston cuz unlike LA they will beat you and set you up.

 

i aced the sobriety test though and i refused cause i have a Class A license where if you blow a .04 its a DWI instead of .08 or so i heard, i think they where wrong and i should of took the test. If convicted im leaving this country and never comming back, and if they take my license for 2 years im thinkin of leavin for at least 2 years. At first i was thinkin Amsterdam but the price of living is high and im ghetto but the smartshops would be HEAVEN. Also i was thinkin of Belize, its the poorist latin country but they speak english there and im sure there would be plenty of hot hispanic chicks there.
