Going to go hear this at the Hollywood Bowl tomorrow. Can't wait to sip some wine, feel the breeze on my face, and hear this wonderful symphony. What are your thoughts on this piece?
Uninspiring, too many themes and lack of focus. I think this piece is regarded as a pure example of Romantic style. But enjoy yourself
I have always really liked this piece. My senior year of high school we played march to the scaffold. That was pretty intense.
