Hi everybody! I don’t know if this is true, but it’s been floating around in other forums that I go to: There are these rumours going around town here that certain people have been going blind for no reason at all. The first incident I heard about was the group of people who went on a hunting trip, and supposedly the gun powder they used affected their eye site. Authorities in the area have said that it’s just temporary blindness caused by a reaction to certain substances, and that there is nothing to worry about. It’s just weird because no one is saying anything, and people around here keep asking about what’s going on. Anybody else know anything more on this?
I haven't heard a thing about this....Sounds kinda fishy...but if it's only a temporary reaction to things, then it should be easy to figure what causes the blindness... And yet, another reason why guns are simply no good.
sounds like you saw a movie trailer and trying to build some hype for the movie, or are posting those rumours yourself on all the forums you visit to push your movie... or are you talking about cheney? if you are, firstly old news, his sight was not affect and his brain was always that scrambled!
i'm not talking about a movie, my friend is a doctor out of Montreal, and he’s been telling me about these rumours that the government is trying to keep secret, or at least quiet until they get more information on what’s going on. Supposedly they don’t want some public health scare getting people all in a panic, but certain parts of Northern Quebec have been reporting incidents of people going blind for reasons unknown. Every time an incident has been reported, local authorities have hushed it up, which is understandable, but my friend says that now it’s getting out of hand and they don’t know what to do. Well someone should really make a movie out of that, i'd sooooo want to go see a movie about being blinded...(temporarily)

hell this is better than any urban legend i ever heard ....as a long time target shooter and reloader i would be 100% blind by now if any of this was true ....even though i no longer shoot i used to shoot up to 30,000 rounds a year .....now watching someone weld is a different story
