Hi there, Me and my boyfriend are thinking about tripping on MDMA this weekend. We haven't done it for a while and I'm going away soon, so this weekend is pretty much our last chance to do it before I leave... the thing is that he injured his knee and is taking Tylenol 3 with codeine for a week. Would Tylenol 3 and MDMA be a dangerous combination? I tried to google it but didn't find anything... any help?
There will be no problem with him taking his dose of Tylenol 3 and mdma. They are not a dangerous combination. Have fun
Thanks! Have you ever mixed the two or known someone who had done it? It's the codeine in Tylenol 3 that's bothering me cause it's a powerful drug itself and I'm not sure how the two would interact and what effects to expect...
Ive never personally mixed them at the same time, but from what I understand the only thing that happens is that the stimulation of the mdma will overpower the sedative effects of the codeine. Basically, he'll be rolling on the mdma along with the pain killing/numbing effect of the codeine. He might be a little itchy because of the codeine, but other than that, it should just be like any other time he has rolled with you. If anything, he might actually be even happier this time (if thats even possible).
No. There is nothing specifically dangerous about the combination of codeine and MDMA. And there is a very small amount of codeine in Tylenol 3. He'll be fine, I promise. In fact the more dangerous chemical at the doses in tylenol 3, is not the codeine. It's the ACAP (tylenol) . which can cause liver problems in any dose greater than a gram. Which will be about two. What he shouldn't take with ACAP is alcohol. Make sure he doesn't drink while taking tylenol.
