In Philly theres everything you could ever want its never dry. All kinds of weed for every budget, shwag goes for $10 for a 8th KB goes for $60. Theres also plenty of Sid, coke, Heroin, E, and any kind of pill you ever would want. If you like drugs Philly is your town.
