You can't really get rid of hangovers, but you can minimize them. Here's a few ideas:

    • Excercise, I know it sounds impossible at the time but it really does help.
    • Drink water, alot of it
    • Aspirin
    • Eat something high in protien, especially meat
    • Hair of the dog, more alcohal helps, just be moderate about it or things will be even worse the next day
    • Lower the thermostat on your AC, as cold as you can stand it

I found that the best cure for a hangover is Gatorade. I suggest sipping it with lots of ice. When you are hungover you are usually dehydrated. It come from the fact that your body is trying to process the alcohol. If you can stomach it the I would also suggest eating something. Bananas are very good for you. Potasium and protien rocks. After you eat something take a couple of mulivitamins with some asprin. Asprin is a blood thinner and will help you process everything. The vitamins are just for fun and not needed to help cure it but will help you overall.

Keep in mind that one ounce of alcohol takes one hour for your body to process. (average) One shot = one beer = one glass of wine. Also, a fun fact. Not that it keeps me from drinking. Is that one shot will put a 1 1/2 inch bruise on your brain that will not go away for over two weeks. Happy hunting all.
