I got a sinus infection the other day and my doctor gave me some medicines to take, but the nasal spay he prescibed me burns REALLY badly when I use it. He told me that I had to use it, but it seriously hurts like 10 times worse when I use it. Do you know if that is normal or should I stop taking it?
It is very rare for it to sting. Its probably due to the infection. Did he put you on antibiotics? Try the Nasonex again 3 or 4 days after starting the antibiotics. If is still hurts that bad, discontinue using it and call to let your doctor know.
