Heh my womens studies teacher read this same article circa 1950's to us in class. I was reamed when I raised my hand and said well most of those things you should do if your main job is to take care of the kids. I want to be equals with whoever I marry but I want to be equals in different ways. I think as long as whoever I married respected me I would have no qualms about throwing his dishes in the dishwasher...but with this being said I am horribly un domestic and don't know if I could feel good about myself without working because at the moment I really value what I do.
