My dreadies! (3 weeks old now)

Hello, hello people!
since 3 weeks i got dreads!
now i'm obsesively proud of 'em
so i tought i share a few pics!
Let me know what you think!!

So Let me here what you think about 'em!

 

they look great hun!
but if you havent done it already i would get those bands out of there now, your dreads will eat them in no time and you dont want gunky black stuff in those beautiful dreadlets

 

looks like a good start, I reccomend loosing the bands though and replace them with beads if you really need to keep em sectioned.
I made some for my dreads out of polymer clay and they are the best things in the world

 

they look awesome, how did you put them in? just sectioning and backcombing?

 

there gonna be some fine dreads, just please take the bands out. I dont see any wax but if there some there,it gotta go. Congrats on starting the journey

get rid of bands. if you care properly, bands aren't necessary.

if i were u, i would use crochet.
ps. you have very interesting face and beautifully blue eyes, i like them

i'll get rid of the bands right away!
i didn't used any wax, that gets soooo grose!!
a friend of me sectioned and backcombed it for me.

they got all frizzy by the rain!
so now i'm wearing a had when i go outside!
(hope they will get back to non-frizzy quickly!)

and i was already working on some beads!
(just gotta bake them and than they're done!)

dont mind the fuzz they'll do that alot and yea the rain makes em super soft and fuzzy alot
i like it tho feelds so nice

 

oh and i wouldnt crotchet theres no reason to and it will only weaken the dreads

 

no i don't like crochet either,
it gives a very not natrual structure to you dreadies

how much longer was your hair before you backcombed them? im thinking about getting locks.
