your a dear, thanks for the ask for that I'll tell you about the real event which was held on the saturday, a party was had in the small school to celebrate the life of Brian Davidson who had left us in April, a few locals and others from further afield had a boogie to the tunes he had participated in recently and also to a cover band of his more auspicious youth. A rather brave thing I did think but they contrived to do a rather grand job, not many people would consider trying to emulate Keith Emerson. The Nice. Brian was a rather accomplished drummer and I did enjoy his boogie and rather broad smile.
