Advice for Old Pyschonaut Taking a New Trip!

I've been blessed with some tincture from our divine Lady Sally. What's the best way to do this and how much? With say...20x or by itself? It's in a bottle that reminds me of the old brown bottle my mother used to treat our ear infections with when I was a kid. So how full does the medicine dropper need to be and I assume it needs to be under the tongue?

Will it last any longer than the normal 10 Min Salvia trip I'm used to?
