Most reliable sites

i'm new to growing & i've downloaded a few books and done a lot of research, however i'm trying to figure out, living in the US, which site is best to use to order seeds. i was hoping if any other ppl in the US who have ordered online could share which sites have worked best for them.

Is it legal to buy those seeds and have them shipped to the US?

As in...It's legal to HAVE the seeds, just not legal to grow them?

our country's rather draconian drug laws prohibit any and all parts of the plant, whether those parts contain any psychoactive chemicals or not. Therefore, by that standard, you can be charged for water weight when you get busted, as the 'water weight' is part of the plant.

Congrats, ladies and gentlemen, we live in a country where water, as part of a cannabis plant, is illegal.

 

I was looking at nirvana-shop.com and they look like a really good site and if you purchase online nirvana shop doesn't show up on your bill lol
