something i have noticed

ok. so ive been a stoner about a year now and ive noticed a few things about other stoners. true stoners that is, that smoke every day, are possibly the nicest, funniest, and best people to be around. they don't act like an asshole to people they just met and are much younger, which i know from a bunch of these guys i smoked with the other week when i went to a friend's house to pick some stuff up. they treat you as if they have known you for years. they are always willing to share with you, as long as you match them or maybe theyll just smoke you up if you smoke them up sometime. and when your around other people smoking its just so funny because what theyll say. i dont know if im the only one whos noticed this, but man, stoners are the best people!!

sometimes though, its that stoners are really nice to -other- stoners lol. i found thsi out by comparing before being a stoner, around stoners, and now that im a stoner, around stoners.

not all stoners are like that tho. some can be really stingy with their weed and it sucks. but most are awesome guys.

 

Well... I kind of agree with you, but not totally. You've always got (well, here in Holland, not sure about other countries, but I think there as well) people who think it's very cool to be stoned all the time and don't know anything about hippies or about the sixties mentality... They would know bob marley, but just because he smoked weed, they wouldn't give a fuck about rastafari religion...

I got robbed about a month ago, (by stoners, eyes red as hell) they threatened me with a knife and stole 3 grams of weed and 3 grams of hash, along with my discman with pink floyd in it ('What's that?' 'Oh, some fucking rock band from the forties' - can you believe these people???)

So I know what you mean, but you've always got the ignorant fuckers....

 

those people should be given some dirtweed laced with the most concentrated pcp possible.

Perhaps there needs to be some new terms, for differnet types of stoners.

mellow stoners
wierd fucked up stoners (like those real assfucks)
depressed emo stoners (who are too pussy to waste their life away with more hardcore drugs lol)

theres already a term for dumbass stoenrs who are not mellow theyre jsut vegetable. thats burnout. so we need more!

and anyway lol as if you couldnt trick stoners into not stelaing your weed.

hell, before id heard any of their music i knew they were a band from the 60/70's period, and wrote progressive/psychadelic rock.

Well, I live in Holland so I wouldn't get arrested... Yeah well, some people are just fucked up in their heads... by the way I consider myself pretty much an emoish artistic hippie, so I'm a bit offended by the emo thing... emo just means emotional, and emotional is something else than depressed... Whether or not a person is nice has nothing to do with whether or not they smoke pot. I know some really nice stoners. I know some stoners who are assholes. I know some stoners who are just plain losers.

Maybe some people are more peaceful when they are stoned, but that doesn't make them a nicer person overall.

Sometimes I think people give way too much credit to pot. In my opinion, it's something to do to if you wanna have fun and feel good, with yourself or with others, plain and simple. It doesn't make you a better person, a smarter person, or anything else for that matter. All of that comes from YOU.

I cant smoke that much now (damn school) but in the few weeks between Coventry and the start of school it was almost everyday. Good times =D

I know a few people who are really /true/ stoners. They always have a big grin on their face, are happy to see EVERYBODY and are the greatest people to just chill with.

yes true stoners are the best ppl to be around. i mean the vibe you get from them is so fantastic. i used to smoke at least a quarter lb a day. and man ppl loved me cuz of my attitude and personality. and well since ive stopped i have not changed ( attitude and personality) at all. i guess that i have become a stoner without the pot. lol but i do agree stoners are the best as long as you neer get on their bad side.

 

I've observed that it's very difficult to get stoners to do the dishes.
