i know it def hasnt been long enough to begin to worry at all but i was wondering about how long it would to before i should start to worry about a vendor not making contact with me after i have sent the money. the vender has always replied same day to all my emails.
^^ Good advice. Vendors are humans too, sometimes computers crash/emails are lost/things go astray. Also, there have been cases where people have harrassed vendors too often and then ultimately lost out on receiving their product. I imagine it's quite stressful selling these types of products to strangers. If the vendor is reliable they will usually come through in the end. Currently I've been waiting for 2 months to receive an item, but the vendor has at least been honest and is now coming up with a resolution for us. If I hassled them too much I don't think they would have done that.
yes i completely agree i just wasnt sure when i should start getting nervous ha everything has been shipped as of yesterday but does anyone have any experiences with the canadian postal service and if they are slow on updating the shpping details on tracked packages?
Every time I track a package I get it before they post the tracking updates online. The canadian mail system hardly tracked a package I was waiting to receive. I had to use the us postal system to track the package. Tracking numbers only ease my mind to know that it has been sent.
yea thats y i requested it but all it says is an order has been submitted electronically does this mean it has been shipped and en route or just that it will be?
i think that means it will be en route and is still going to be picked up or dropped off then there will be another update when they get it then they will tell you when it reaches the US and thats it, not as in depth as ups tracking or anything
