I watched a thing about real super human abilities on tv today on the science channel. There was a guy who can increase his body temprature to survive at cold tempratures. He ran a half marathon in nothing but spandex shorts in the middle of winter above the arctic circle without any permanent damage.

I'm a huge Iceman (of the X-Men) fan, so my powers would be to control all forms of water on a molecular level (which also includes freezing and evaporting water). Alternatively, having the ability to control gravity would fundamentally be the best ability in the universe to have.

Both powers are limitless and can be used in so many versatile ways - terrestrial or nonterrestrial.
