I would much prefer to be with a womanl with natural 32A's then some woman with fake 36D's. I happen to like small perky boobs to begin with but that still wouldn't change my opinion. I never understood why girls would invest so much money and pain in getting something so fake. Be proud of what God gave you regardless of size.

Personally, I wouldn't want to have implants, and most of them look bad, but I can understand why some girls who have absolutely NOTHING get them. It's not to be a sex object or to get noticed. It is to blend in with the rest of the women and have breasts like everyone else. Guys (and girls) take the piss out of those who's natural breast development never occurred. And it is the most obvious sign of being female, isn't it? Is it such a bad thing to want to feel "normal"? Perhaps getting what we see as our birthright (to develop into an average looking woman) helps a person to get on with more important issues in life instead of being stuck with a huge complex forever?

I am a 36 C but mine don't look big at all, probably because I have wide shoulders and a muscular upper body. I have been that 32 AA girl though, a long time ago before I had my children, and I can tell you how it sucks to feel like a UFO and never dare to show your body, and how much it hurts when guys laugh at you and joke about you being flat as a board. I have lived through that.

So yeah, I understand those who get average sized implants to be like other women. The ones who already have breasts and still go for the XXXL option to look like a porn model on the other hand... Those are the ones who have REAL psychological issues and no self respect.

Personally I don't see the point of breast implants for any reason other than for women who have had to go through a mastectomy, following breast cancer. They are invariably totally out of proportion with the rest of the body size, resulting in them being the wrong shape as well. Then, as a woman gets older her body, including her breasts will gradually change shape over the course of time anyway, which mean that excessive cosmetic implants will get to look even worse as time goes on.

Personally, I prefer smaller breasts, along with all their natural imperfections. To me, a set of exaggerated fake silicone ones is a total turn off.

My boobs are feeling sad. I don't think it is fair to say you don't like a women because her boobs are big or to small. Why can't guys just like a women for who she is and love her boobs for what they are. I for one wouldn't trade my DD's for anything. Sure they are big, but they are the way they were made. I wouldn't change them for anyone.

I dunno, this is a country that cuts its males at birth for cosmetic reasons, doesn't seem like a stretch to expect the women to surgically modify something

personally I think it's wrong as it sets wrong expectations of normal, but it's the body owners choice

I hate fake breasts. They don't look right, don't feel right, don't move right, and jordan, I totally agree with you, as an example (one of many) of feminine sexuality, they should be treated very well. I mean hell, I'm very flexible about body shape and body type, and liked everything from the 32AA to the 42DDD. It depends on the girl, really. One of those 'I don't love you because you're beautiful. You're beautiful because I love you' things.

FWIW, one of my favorite things is to caress, massage and lotion rub a girl's breasts. Well, that and go to sleep with my head on them, and the fake ones do NOT good pillows make. Not to mention, and this is going to sound odd...the change in material seems to change the sound of her heartbeat when I rest my cheek on her breast, which I find utterly intolerable.

as for a lift- if the girl wants to to make them look better in her opinion, it's her body, but I'm really neither 'for' nor 'against'. If she's doing it to make 'me' happy, I'll say no, though.

    Fake breasts...eugh. Fake anything...eugh.

Why do you think it's called "plastic surgery"? The people that go in for plastic surgery to get implants, nosejobs, etc, are generally plastic themselves...Fake in body, fake in personality.

I don't understand the bitterness of this group, big deal if someone wants breast implants, who the hell are any of us to say what someone else should or shouldn't do. For you girls with natural tits, I love'm, and for the girls with implants, I love'm. I just love titties, real, fake, small, big, perky, saggy, torpedo, pancake, it just doesn't matter, I'm a huge fan of the titty.

Sorry to dredge up this thread, but just wanted to ask something. To all here who say they hate fake boobs, what about if a woman is genuinely flat-chested?
I've heard a lot here about how small boobs are great, perky, 32As or whatever...but some women don't have these.
I've observed first hand the transformation that can take place in a woman's self esteem, confidence, whole bloody life - when she has surgery after being in this situation - nothing over the top, we're not talking bubble wrap or anything.
Bear in mind, I am not talking about someone with 'small, perky 32As' who decides to pump herself up to a D cup - I agree that this is rather silly. I mean someone who cannot measure herself as she is too small to be a size, who could be mistaken for a man...straight up and down.
...say there were other problems, disproportionate nipples for one, and you maybe begin to see it's not always just about conforming to society.
If someone has a facial deformity, they are rarely criticised for having corrective surgery. Why should a woman who has a deformity in her breasts be any different?
Sorry for the rant, like I said I've seen it first hand.

Small boobs blah blah blah. Why doesn't anyone mention saggy ones? Push up bras are great and all, but when you take them off, the truth comes out.

All I know is the nipple thing is 50/50.

I think that women wouldn't get breast implants if it were more commonly known that small breasts were accepted. Joining the hipforums was the first that I've ever heard of it.

I am not in favor of circumcision, fake breasts, shaved genital hair on either gender, or of extreme body modification. I do understand the desire to look more 'normal,' or 'attractive.' Sarahei, your comment about learning should move us all to be more honest about what we will live with. Thanks. We all know that the 18 yr. old original poster has looked at the mirror reflection of himself millions of times. We don't know what he thinks until he tells us. Unfortunately, there is no penis replacement surgery, or this discussion might be really honest. But....! The original equipment most times is sufficient, reliable, use worthy, and OURS. For the record, all a woman needs are nipples - all the shapley mass is useful, but time sensitive. The bigger they are the more they'll droop one day. For my tastes (I use the word litterally!) the nipples are all I stimulate - you too - and I could care less about the size of the surrounding mass.

I agree, i hate the fake bewbs. I can see a woman getting them reconstructed or reduced due to medical problems or breast feeding. But to increase them to un-natural proportions is ridiculous and totally ruins the sex appeal to me.

I've never seen an ugly boob. But I have seen some that will take your breath away (in a good way).

I’m assuming that you have no piercings nor tattoos …. and tons of self respect.

Body image issues are tough. Let's fact it the media bombards us with images. Billions are spent every year to make you feel you don't measure up (bad pun) so you will buy their products. All of us are affected to one degree or another the media warfare. It's a matter of having compassion and understanding. From a personal standpoint I happen to like smaller breast. I don't know why, I just do. And now that I'm getting older I also find myself more attracted to women who have a, shall we say, fuller bum. So I'm against implants. On the other hand if a friend or lover told me she was going to get implants I would be supportive (bad pun again).

It's a personal choice made by an adult.

I think people of all shapes an sizes can be attractive so long as they are fit.
