I saw incest, bestiality, and a LOAD of real or "real" incest. Also, it lost it's voice. Sure, there were some BDSM type posts, but there were a load of mundaine non-kinky posts and a load of sick stories that were portrayed as true accounts of incest.
so what happens if someone makes say, a bdsm-related post in the main L&S forums now.. it gets moved to real kinky where they can no longer see it? perhaps a warning about toning it down before moving it wouldve been nice, as youve done for other forums on hip before

Hipforums was created and funded out of people's own pocket and time. The fact that any forums are free is really above and beyond the necesary and greatly appreciated. Fairness has nothing to do with it. I'm not saying there might not have been ways around the "out of hand" issue other than barring access from most users. I simply think that the idea of "fair" is thrown around too loosely. Also, its not terribly exspensive to become a supporter. I'm sure you could come up with the money. Its just a matter of priorities.

if the cause of this censure is really "things gone out of control", then hipforums has some very pretty taboos. (nothing illegal was going in the real kinky forum after all.. and if there was, well this is mod work, remove illegal and/or disturbing beyond site concept) if it is not... well, then it's worse. I was amazed of this place's openness and tolerance at the first sight. I still am.. a bit. ah whatever, nice place nevertheless.. shine on.
