What the heck does "IMO" mean?

I see it all the time on the internet, and I have not the slightest clue what it means. Can anyone help a sister out?

yeah I use it all the time because I often pontificate and might seem like a know it all, and I just want to indicate at the end that it's just one of many valid opinions, imo
