Nah I wouldn't worry about the effects of drugs on your penis; I'd worry about their effects on your brain.
all of these drugs have an effect on your blood flow (some of the aftereffects can last up to a few days in some individuals) Your penis isn't shrinking it just seems that was because of the lack of blood going to it.
