My imagination gets a tad overactive when I'm sleep deprived. T'utherwise nope, I liked the string theory-ish idea that they were blips in the gap between us and other universes idea for a while, but the idea seems a bit wishful thinkingie.

the ectoplasm one has to be fake...the latter half of the 19th century was the big seance craze...everyone was going to mediums and one of the slight of hand tricks they used to do was the ectoplasm...merely, slight of hand, cheap parlor tricks...
