Communal Living in OC/LBC Area

I have high-paying job as a DOD auditor but I have autism and have lots of issues. Communal living will help me significantly in making the transition from my parents house to independent living. Money is not the question but community and people who share the same spiritual and social values would help me the transition a lot easier. For the record, I haven been Burning Man three times and camp with poly camp

I have adequate social skills and probably have better social skills than a lot of people without autism.

Eventually, my parents want to downsize and I will be force to move out. I do not want to use Craigslist to look for roommates and if there is local communal living place, it would make the transition a lot more easier.
